No-warranty terms
A Verified badge is not a safety guarantee. Scores are point-in-time assessments of supply-chain risk at a pinned revision, produced by a static pass plus one bounded judge call. They do not certify that a skill is safe, secure, or fit for any purpose, and they do not replace your own review before installing or running third-party code.
We never publish a paid “untrusted” badge: a Verified skill that fails re-scoring loses its badge (badge 404s, evidence shows “suspended pending re-review”) and enters the dispute path. Install decisions remain yours.
Refund pledge
14-day full refund, no questions asked. If the launch clock extends past day 14, the refund window extends to match, and every pre-order customer is emailed the new date before any charge — no silent captures, ever. If the project does not go ahead, all pre-orders are refunded in full.
Email stays a stub in V1 — purchase and attestation mail is handled by a person at the addresses above until volume justifies automation.
